  1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the grant and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Capital repair of the existing office facilities of Vose water supply and wastewater utility and construction of the new administrative building.
  2. The Project Management Unit for the Development of Municipal Infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Capital repair of the existing office facilities of Vose water supply and wastewater utility and construction of the new administrative building.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using an Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers March 2021 (the “Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Management Unit for the Development of Municipal Infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan , Mr. Saidvalizoda A., at rwssp@midp.tj and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 at the address given below. The tender documents in Russian may be obtained in electronic form by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written request to the address above free of charge.
  5. Bids must be delivered to the address below, on or before 11 April 2025, 15:00 local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 11 April 2025, 15:00 local time.
  6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 48,000.00 (forty-eight thousand) Tajik Somoni (TJ Somoni) or any other convertible currency.
