  1. The Municipal Infrastructure Development Project Management Unit (MID PMU) in the Republic of Tajikistan (MID PMU in RT) has received funding from the World Bank (the Bank) to implement the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project (RWSSP) Grant D4310-TJ and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for the purchase of office furniture, office and laboratory equipment for the State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal of the Vose District and equipment for the State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal of the Kushonion District (Lots 1 and 2).

The tender will be conducted using the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for Borrowers of the International Finance Corporation” dated July 2016, revised in September 2023. (“Procurement Regulations”) and will be open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  1. In this regard, the PMU MID RT invites Suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of goods specified in Appendix 1: Customer’s Requirements, attached to this Request for Quotation:
  2. Lot 1: Procurement of office furniture for the Vose District Water Utility.
  3. Lot 2: Procurement of office and laboratory equipment for the Vose District Water Utility, as well as equipment for the Kushoniyon District Water Utility.
  4. The RFQ in Russian will be provided free of charge to all interested participants who meet the requirements, upon submission of a written request to the address specified in paragraph 6. The RFQ will also be available on the PMU MID website: tj.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing to the address below no later than March 13, 2026.

  1. Deadline for submitting quotations: March 13, 2026, before 16:00 p.m. local time. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Quotations submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
  2. Address for receiving the Request for Quotation and submitting price proposals:
