Lot 1. Construction of water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities in 7 schools (schools No. 19, 9, 10, 14, 25, 31 and 43), Bohtairyon and Zargar jamoats of Kushoniyon district, Zone 2A.
Lot 2. Construction of water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities in 3 schools (schools No. 16, 17 and 27) and 3 medical centers in the jamoats of Sarvi Istiklol and Navbahor in the Kushoniyon district, Zones 2A and 2B.

  1. The Municipal Infrastructure Development Project Management Center in the Republic of Tajikistan, acting on behalf of the State Unitary Enterprise “Khodzhagi Manziliyu Communali”, which is the project implementation agency, has received funding from the World Bank for the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project, Grant D 4310-TJ, and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under contracts for the construction of water supply, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities in schools and health centers in the Kushoniyon district, zones 2A and 2B (lots 1 and 2). (Lot 1 – 7 facilities; Lot 2 – 6 facilities).
  2. The Management Center for the Municipal Infrastructure Development Project in the Republic of Tajikistan hereby invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the following lots:
  3. Lot 1. Construction of water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities in 7 schools (schools No. 19, 9, 10, 14, 25, 31 and 43), Bohtairyon and Zargar jamoats of Kushoniyon district, Zone 2A.
  4. Lot 2. Construction of water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities in 3 schools (schools No. 16, 17 and 27) and 3 medical centers in the jamoats of Sarvi Istiklol and Navbahor in the Kushoniyon district, Zones 2A and 2B.

 

  1. The bidding will be conducted through a national competitive bidding process using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IFC Borrowers dated July 2016, as amended in September 2023, (“Procurement Regulations”), and are open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  2. Applications will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation procedure set out in the tender documentation.
  3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain additional information from the Director of the Municipal Infrastructure Development Project Management Center in the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Saidvalizoda A., at the email address rwssp@midp.tj and review the tender documentation during business hours from 09:00 to 16:00 at the address specified in paragraph 10.
  4. Tender documentation in Russian in electronic form may be obtained by interested eligible bidders after submitting a written request to the address below  free of charge.
  5. Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 15:00 local time on March 31, 2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bids submitted after the deadline and time will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of designated representatives of the Bidders and anyone else who wishes to attend at the address specified in section 10 below on March 31, 2026, at 15:00 local time.
  6. All Tender Proposals must be accompanied by a Tender Proposal Security Declaration in accordance with the Lots:

Lot 1. Construction of water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities in 7 schools (schools No. 19, 9, 10, 14, 25, 31 and 43), Bohtairyon and Zargar jamoats of Kushoniyon district, Zone 2A.
